The most frequently asked question is about pricing. Prices vary depending on the tree species, thickness, and height, and if climbing is required, the price will also change depending on the height.
The risk increases and the cost tends to be higher if the location is near houses, power lines, fragile objects, or dangerous trees.
Since each one is different, we will first come to you to give you an estimate.
We've compiled a list of factors that influence the price when providing an estimate, so please refer to it.
In the case of tree felling or specialized tree felling
Coniferous or deciduous trees
- The thickness, height, and amount of branches of the tree - How high to climb (climbing height x standard fee)
- Dispose of felled trees by truck or pile them up on-site. - Check for fragile objects in the surrounding area or on the ground (risk coefficient).

Lumberjack Service has been primarily based in Lake Yamanaka since 2016, providing tree management and tree care services.
The terms "cutting down trees" and "logging" may sound like environmental destruction, but we don't just cut down trees; we plan and carry out our work in a way that avoids cutting down more trees than necessary and damaging the environment.
For example, we do not cut down trees that play an important role in a particular location, such as trees that prevent landslides on slopes. In some cases, it may be better to prune the branches of a tree, or it may be better to cut it down to promote overall growth in that area, which can ultimately be beneficial.
We always consider the balance between "how much disruption or danger the presence of the trees and forest poses to human life" and "what changes and impacts the environment will have by cutting them down" when making plans.
The felled trees are then utilized in various ways, such as for firewood, birdhouses, and wood planks. We have established a system to make effective use of nature's bounty without wasting anything.
Furthermore, we place great importance on the safety and health of our staff, and we require them to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including helmets and protective pants, while working.
We provide thorough safety training and strive to create a workplace where injuries and accidents do not occur.
We are also committed to training future generations through special chainsaw training and safety and health training for handling brush cutters.
